The Mainland Development Properties land bank at the end of June 2023 was 1.6 million square metres, spanning over several cities including Beijing, Changsha, Chengdu, Chongqing, Foshan, Guangzhou, Hangzhou and Suzhou. The Group has become more selective with new land acquisition.
