First launched in 2013, the Young Innovators Bazaar provides students with an opportunity to experience the full cycle of operating a retail business from start-up to closing.  With the support and advice from the schools and corporate volunteers, the Young Innovators Bazaar allows students to develop a whole range of skillsets in leadership, entrepreneurship, project management, communication, collaboration, marketing and sales.

Starting 2012, with the aims to give students hands-on experience and a chance to explore their vocational choices, Project WeCan Job Tasting Programme allows students to work in sizable companies during summer vacation. Students are required to go through normal application procedures and are assigned to mentors in their respective workplaces. With the support of corporate partners, the programme has been enriched with more openings of a more diverse nature.

Established in 2015 and by school principal’s nomination, WeCan Scholarship Scheme provides a four-year grant for Project WeCan graduates pursuing university studies at one of the eight UGC-funded tertiary institutions and The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, with an aim to ease their financial burden and enable them to focus on their university studies. Starting from 2024/25, the Scheme has been broadened to cover courses under the Study Subsidy Scheme for Designated Professions/Sectors (SSSDP). 

All scholarship awardees will become members of WeCan Alumni, where they will contribute to the society by actively participating in various programmes and community service under Project WeCan. 

In 2024/25, the Scheme has awarded scholarships to 86 students, benefitting about 900 students since launch, with a total sum of about HKD 70 million.
